Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phones &; Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a binatone blender -BL-1500PRO since 25/01/2020.it has a 2 years warranty and has been giving me issues since 2 weeks since I purchased.it doesn't turn on some times .we have returned it 3 times to where we purchased it from but it is still giving us issues.the blender doesn't rotate and when it does,it makes a breaking sound in the engine or so.
It occurred on: 21/02/2020
I would like a new blender because right now and after all the repairs, nothing can still be done and I would like my comfort and not be stressed about that anymore
